一 | 记者4月24日从教育部获悉，为切实减轻中小学教师非教育教学负担，中央教育工作领导小组秘书组近日印发通知，对开展规范社会事务进校园为中小学教师减负专项整治工作作出部署，要求集中整治与教育教学无关的活动和工作随意进入校园情况，以及社会事务进校园过程中重留痕轻实效的形式主义，营造教育教学良好环境。　　通知提出四项主要任务：一是系统摸排近年来社会事务进校园情况，制定准入标准，加强问题整改；二是建立社会事务进校园审批报备制度，严控省、市、县三级社会事务进校园总量，建立白名单并向社会公布；三是对社会事务进校园的具体方案进行审核，严控活动范围和时长；四是常态化规范社会事务进校园工作。　　通知要求各地把规范社会事务进校园作为教育系统整治形式主义为基层减负的重要工作，以师生获得感检验专项整治成效。 (ECNS) -- Beijing region posted goods trade of 2.12 trillion yuan ($293.6 billion) in the first seven months of 2026, up 16.3% yearonyear, Beijing Customs said Thursday.
