B |          　　中国工程院院士、西藏大学教授、拉萨市纳金数智研究院发起人尼玛扎西在主旨报告中介绍，“阳光清言”是基于强基座模型打造的千亿级参数藏语通用大模型，在继承强基座模型通用能力和世界知识的基础上，通过引入藏语多源数据，实现了对藏语文和西藏相关知识的理解与生成。         　　尼玛扎西坦言，受限于模型训练所需的大规模算力和高质量数据不足，“阳光清言”距离设计目标尚有差距。

C | 研究院将持续建设和提升算力能力与数据规模，推动模型能力迭代跃升，并面向不同应用场景推出不同参数规模的“阳光清言”大模型。
